The Etna Shire is a new development in Etna, WY just 46 scenic miles south of Jackson Hole and is centered around upscale smaller housing. All units have been manufactured indoors using quality building materials by an experienced team of carpenters. These units feature rustic stylish materials, unique fixtures, granite counters and new appliances. Founded in 2017, The Shire is currently comprised of a mix of rentals and privately owned homes. This development is an exceptional example of sustainable and eco-living at its finest.

We have several floor plans available at the Etna Shire, one bedroom units, two bedroom units, two bedroom units with lofts, and two bedroom units with an office and lofts.

All units have additional outside storage sheds and two parking spaces.

These units currently rent for $1400 and $1950 per month. Renters are responsible for utilities, internet and are required to have renters insurance in force during length of lease.

All prospective renters are required to complete an application.

Upon review and acceptance of application renters are required to complete a background investigation.

This policy helps us to keep our community safe for all residents.

We require first, last and security deposit for occupancy.

We do allow some pets with additional security deposits and a monthly pet fee.
